TBB 100 Programmable Ramping Controller

TBB 100 is a µC-based Ramping Controller, especially designed and developed for the automation of textile dyeing machines.

The implementation of TBB100 is not limited to dyeing machines only. It is used in a wide range of industrial applications, where ramping control of temperature is necessary.

T 200, özellikle tekstil boyama makinalarının otomasyonu için tasarlanmş ve geliştirilmiş, mikroişlemci temelli bir kontrol cihazıdır.
Grafik üzerinden programlanabilen ve izlenen T 200’ün kullanımı yalnızca tekstil boyama makinaları ile sınırlı değildir. Rampalı sıcaklık kontrolu gerektiren, endüstrinin tüm uygulamalarında kullanılabilir.

T 200 E Semi Automatic Textile Dyeing Controller

T 200 E is a micro processor based Ramping Controller, especially designed and developed for the automation of textile dyeing machines.
Thanks to modular structure of T 200 E, input/output numbers can be increased from 4/4/1/1 to 12/12/3/3 by using miniMIO4411 modules.
Graphical interface is used both for programming and monitoring of the dyeing process. The implementation of T 200 E is not limited to dyeing machines only. It is used in a wide range of industrial applications, where ramping control of temperature is necessary.

Iris 23 is a programmable controller that is programmed using a advanced SCADA sw. Iris 23 is exclusively designed and developed for the full automation of a large variety of tindustry and is capable of fulfilling all the functions required in modern control procedures.
Users can form algorithms for their needs. Itcan be programmed by flowchatrts or scripts.
With special designed mimic diagrams, monitoring is performed in horizontal trend, bar graph (optional), alphanumeric (optional) or animation (optional) forms.
Iris 23 stores one mounth of data on itself. and delets the older records. If there is a storing unit connectin to the network, storing capacity is unlimited (optional). Saves the oll operator interventions in real time.

Iris 23, an extremely flexible, modular and reliable controller that comes with Eliar’s industrial automation know-how and experience of the years, has been completely developed by the Eliar R&D team and is manufactured in our own production facilities.

 

   
Storing memory: Compact Flash memory, USB memory (optional) Inquiry with SMS: (optional).

Saving format: Datas are saved in binary format. In this way, changing the datas is impossible.. Saving in text format is also possible.

Operator explaination facility: Operator may add explainations using touch screen. These explainations are recorded in real time.
Excel, Word connection: If saving format is text, it is possible. Configuration: With special configuration sw, on itself or PC (optional).
Database integration: Saving the datas to companny database (optional). Distributed input: If the signals that will berecorded are on different places, all datas can be received on Ethernet without cabling (optional).
E-mail: If the controller is connected to network, in alarm conditions, it can send e-mail (optional).
