Furnace Control (DCS, DiCS, PID, Invertion) Systems

ELIAR Industrial Automation Unit has, to date, built many furnace control systems, from single division furnaces where only the temperature is controlled to furnaces where over 200 process variables (temperature, pressure, oxygen, level, flow etc) are kept under control. A Fully Automatic Spare Distributed Intelligent Control Systems (DiCS) exists in these systems. The most important aspect of DiCS's is the detection of breakdown occurring in the system and replacing the defective part automatically with the spare.

These devices placed in various locations of the workplace can be monitored over the central monitoring computer and changes in control values can be done. On the display of the central monitoring computer, the process variables coming from all devices connected to this computer can be observed numerically or graphically on a mimic diagram. Furthermore:

All collected process variables are recorded to the central monitoring computer. Those records of the past dates and hours wished can graphically be watched and sent to the printer.
All collected data can be put into an open database and data can be accessed by the management information systems.
Control parameter changes can be done by accessing all control cycles over the computer.
The process can be monitored from various locations in the workplace by connecting monitoring computers to each other over the network.

Test and Quality Control Systems

Eliar Industrial Automation Unit develops systems that enable the testing of products as per TSE and international standards. A number of lavatory bowl producers use the Last Water Test Systems of Eliar.

Data Acquisition and Performance Systems

• How much raw materials have been used,
• How much energy and water been consumed,
• How much of the workforce been employed,
• Which tools have been used for how long,
• How much raw materials rest in stock,
• What breakdowns occurred in machines and how long did the breakdown take,
• Are the process variables within limits in the executed processes,
• In what line and for how long the products awaited,
• How many products have returned from quality control and for what reason,
• Which machine is ready for maintenance,
• Which engine can have a breakdown soon,
• How many products are in stock,
• Are the warehouse temperature and humidity within limits?

Depending on how fast you access these data and how easy you analyze them, you can take right and fast decisions and bring the productivity of the workplace to ideals with that measure.
The losses occurring today due to lack of such data collection systems in workplaces are a lot higher than the costs of such systems.
Eliar Industrial Automation Unit is an expert unit in collecting and analyzing data, storing in an open database and sharing with management information systems.
