SLD
MU Mineral is a single line dispensing system for
salt brine and soda ash solution in the textile
dyehouse. The system precisely measures and transfers
the required amount to the related machine. Performing
real-time data exchanges with individual Machine
Controllers and Recipe SW's, it can operate fully
automatic, without any human intervention. With
its precision and measuring speed, SLD MU Mineral
is optimized for the dye-house.
There are several safety precautions preventing
false amounts being sent during on-line operation
with the Recipe PC. The Lot Number, Machine Number,
Request Number, Program Number etc. within the program
must be consistent. Otherwise, transfer stops and
the operator is warned. User interface depends on
a special software running under MS Windows®
which is easily operated utilizing a Touch Screen
and does not require any special computer training.
Whole process is visualized graphically on the screen.
It is possible to switch into manual control screen,
where one can execute manual operations and solve
some measuring related problems. |
