Weighing, dissolving and transportation of chemicals
and dyestuff causes many difficulties in dyehouses.
Processing every batch in equal conditions is very important,
to be able to minimize differences (deviations) between
production lots. Different categories of dyestuff require
dissimilar dissolving techniques, causing operators
several problems. With aid of TBC, different category-specific
scenarios can be applied to respective sort of dyestuff
(reactive, disperse, etc). Same standards are always
achieved, as dissolving time and temperature are controlled
simultaneously. Since special precautions are taken
for cleaning and washing, sequential operations with
different color and dissolving schemes can be fulfilled
without any problems.
Multi-line technology implemented in TBC assures upmost
safety in distributing chemicals to dyeing machines.
Accidential coincidence of chemicals among different
machines is non-issue. Cleaning of the system is easy.
