Batch Control - Weighing with Raw Materials Recipe and Transfer Systems
 
The affecting factors in the quality of a product most directly are the errors made in the mix of raw materials. Therefore, the most important aspects that ELIAR observes in the weighing systems with recipe management are those:
• Measurement sensitivity: The weights of raw material should be measured with the highest sensitivity possible. Therefore ELIAR uses the most sensitive measurement techniques and devices that today's technology provides.
• Weighing sensitivity: The weighing of raw materials should be realized closest to the aimed amount. Therefore ELIAR has developed special weighing algorithms that adapt automatically to changing aspects such as raw materials and humidification and that get close to zero weighing errors.
•

Reporting: Reporting is a must for both the controlling of product quality, as well as the raw material costs and follow-up on stocks. Therefore, ELIAR weighing systems report all weightings with time and grams and provides easy access to the reports of management information systems by storing them in an open database.
